Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed/shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Email info@dikkopf.com as soon as possible with your order number. If the order is already in production or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation email….what now?
First check your spam/junk folder. If you still can’t find it, email info@dikkopf.com with the email address used at checkout and (if possible) your order details..
Which carriers do you use?
We mainly ship with DHL, PostNL, and UPS, depending on destination and service availability.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time = production time + shipping time.
For prints, production takes 2-3 business days, after which it’s shipped out. For embroidery production takes 3-7 business days.
The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows: Belgium/ The Netherlands 2-3 business days.
During peak periods (Black Friday/December): Production wil take a little longer: 3–6 business days, and shipping: 2–5 business days.
On average, the delivery time is 4-5 business days.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email
My tracking hasn’t updated (or says delivered but I didn’t get it). What should I do?
Sometimes carriers update tracking with a delay. If it shows “delivered” but you can’t find the parcel, check with neighbors/building reception and safe drop locations. If it’s still missing, email info@dikkopf.com with your order number and tracking link.
What is your return policy?
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA/UK, you generally have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order. At Dikkopf we extend this to 30 days. To start a return, go to refunds with your order number and a clear return request. You then return the item within 14 days after notifying us.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are typically paid by the customer. Unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake, you’ll receive a new item without any extra costs. Go to our Exchange page and report the issue where you can provide photographic proof that the product is faulty or damaged.
When will I get my refund?
After we receive your return, we process the refund as soon as possible and use the original payment method where feasible.
Can I return worn or washed items?
Returned items should be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. If an item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may deduct diminished value as allowed by law.
What if my item arrived damaged or incorrect?
Go to our Refund & Returns Policy Page with your order number and clear photos. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
How do I choose the right size?
Use the size guide on the product page and compare it with a similar garment you own (measured flat). If you’re between sizes, consider how you like the fit (more fitted vs. relaxed). If you are in doubt between 2 sizes, we advise you to take the larger one.
Do product colors look exactly the same in real life?
We try to show colors as accurately as possible, but screen settings and lighting can cause slight differences.
Will the print look exactly like the product photo?
We aim for consistency, but minor variations in print placement and color can occur due to production processes.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed via Mollie. Available methods may include iDEAL, credit card, Apple Pay, and others depending on your country and device.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. Payments are handled through secure payment providers. We do not store full card details.
