Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds

Our items are eligible for our 30-day refund policy.

  • Please fill out the form ‘Request for a refund‘ on this website with your refund claim.
  • You will receive a return address to which you can send the items.
  • Because we are a small business, we unfortunately cannot offer free returns. Shipping costs are at your own expense.
  • Once we have received the item in perfect condition, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Go to our Exchange page and report the issue where you can provide photographic proof that the product is faulty or damaged. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your Exchange.

Outside EU

Returns from outside the EU (USA, UK, Switzerland, Norway, …) cannot be accepted
